An online weekly group to help you find comfort, community and confidence after divorce or separation helping you to find your strength as a single mother.
Teaching you skills and techniques to help you recover, love yourself and feel empowered and within a supportive community of single mothers.

We are passionate about supporting single mothers in all financial situations.
When you sign up for any of our services we donate 5% towards our Single Mama SOS fund to help other single mothers who are experiencing extreme financial hardship to access our services at a reduced cost.

In 2017 I was lost and exhausted and completely overwhelmed by my new life as a single mum.
I developed adrenal fatigue from the stress and could not find the help for my wellbeing that I needed to rebuild myself.
So I decided I would create the support I needed and I put my passion for helping others into action and sought the education and knowledge I needed to firstly rebuild myself and then build strategies to do the same for others.
I can help because I have been there, in those dark moments when you feel completely isolated and overwhelmed, feeling like there is no hope.
I have found a way to let the light back in and go from surviving to thriving.
I want to share my knowledge, support and care with you and help you find your way back to you.
Behind Single Mama Wellness is Penny who is an experienced coach and mentor. She is an NLP and Trauma Informed Practitioner and working towards her Bachelor in Psychological Science. She has the in depth knowledge of what is takes to provide meaningul, heartfelt and up to date support to empower single mamas just like you.
Penny is a single mother, just like you. She understands the challenges of solo parenting and celebrates the strengths within. She has been a single mother since 2017 and has experience with mediation, family court, solo and co-parenting, domestic violence, chronic illness and raising children with additional needs. She has a wealth of knowledge, empathy and resources available to you
We understand how challenging your new identity as a single mother can be and realise that you might have experienced great hardship before coming to us. So we want to make things easier for you and ensure a heartfelt, empathic and fun approach to all that we do. Helping you feel safe, supported and empowered in your journey to healing and growth.

Each coaching session is structured to cover a specific topic to help you towards your goals.Although you will see some improvements and learn about yourself with each individual session, real transformation and new habits sink in over 6 sessions.
Research shows that you develop new pathways in your brain and can form healthy habits after around 42 days. Therefore the six session package (delivered over 6 weeks) is where you will see the most benefits as gives you the best chance to form new and healthy habits and it covers all topics needed for an actionable and sustainable path towards your goals and your new life.
Although the package is for 6 sessions, additional sessions can be purchased if you require additional support.
Coaching is normally done via Zoom or phone call, whichever is most convenient and comfortable for you.For residents of Central Coast, Sydney & Newcastle, NSW we also offer in-person consultations at a location convenient to you. If you pay for the package upfront then you have the added bonus of text and email support with your coach during business hours over the 6-week duration to access additional activities to support deeper learning. All packages get access to a coaching manual to write down their notes, goals and any suggestions from the coaching sessions.
From the first session you will get insight into your values and begin setting goals to work towards.However, full benefits and a completely actionable plan of growth and complete transformation are normally seen over the cycle of 6 sessions and beyond.

I understand it's your hard-earned money that you are handing over and I want you to feel confident that you will get value out of these coaching sessions.Therefore, if you can show me evidence that you have completed the actionable steps and homework and still have not seen any improvement at all in any areas of your life, then I will refund your money within 30 days of your purchase.
Therapy is a useful tool to help you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours and mostly focuses on understanding your past and implementing healthy coping mechanisms.
Coaching does also help you to understand your thoughts and behaviours but it differs as it focuses on creating an action plan to move forward into your future by motivating you towards your goals.
They are both very valuable and I do recommend that my clients investigate both modalities to support them to build a fulfilling life and help them recover from divorce or separation and manage life as a single mum.
